Order Processing:
Shipping Delivery:
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Inflowuendo 33 will determine whether any of the above events have occurred in its sole discretion.
Standard Ground:
Orders delivered within the 50 US States, and Puerto Rico, should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Ship to Location:
Orders delivered within the 50 US States and Puerto Rico should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.
Second Day:
Second Day is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 50 US. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00pm EST on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Next Day:
Next Day delivery is only available to our customers who ship orders within the 50 US. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm EST on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska,Hawaii or Puerto Rico
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Ground Shipping is included with the purchase no charge
- Exception to the shipping Policy: When shipping to Alaska,Hawaii and Puerto Rico there is a charge of $15.00
- Premium Delivery (Second Day Shipping) upgrade your shipping from standard shipping to premium shipping for additional $29.00 orders placed by 4:00 PM EST for in stock merchandise order they will be processed the following day
- Express Delivery (Next Day Shipping) upgrade your shipping from standard shipping to express shipping for additional $29.00 orders placed by 4:00 PM EST for in stock merchandise order they will be processed the following day
Returning A Product:
- You can return a product within 30 days after receiving your order. You need to provide via e-mail to info@inflowuendo33.com.
- The original order # and we will send you RMA # and where to ship the product back to.
- You pay for the return shipping. If you request a return label you refund will less the shipping costs.
- Everything you return should be in it original state and packaging. Please do not cut off the tags as.
- The products need to be in good condition in order to receive a refund.
- We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been:
- Worn
- Washed
- Damaged
- Used
- Altered
- Accompanying materials that were originally included
- All returns are subject to evaluation by Inflowuendo33
